I bought this for my property last summer 2019 and it is incredible. It is well built and very sturdy, not to mention attractive. I am in the process of purchasing another for a rental property. I could not recommend this company’s products enough!!

We had our Custom Shed built by Overholt & Sons And they were very accommodating. Wayne was awesome in the design and giving us the best options we needed. Sam and Marvin came after it was built to install and set up and did a fantastic job. We are so pleased with the construction ,design and placement of our Lancaster building.

We purchased a 14×24 Lancaster the first week of December and told it could be a few weeks due to holidays. It was delivered w/in 2 weeks. We looked at sheds that other businesses had on their lots prior to going to Overholt & Sons. I’m glad we did because I thought they were all the same and I was mistaken. The quality of the work product from Overholt speaks for itself and the delivery was very smooth. We are so happy with it and I love walking into it with the fresh wood smell. The Lancaster is a beautiful solid building and my neighbors have all complimented us on it. I will always take my business to Overholt & Sons and highly recommend them to others.

I needed a new storage shed. I looked around and like what Overholt & Sons had the best. I ordered the Lancaster with a few changes. It took three weeks then they delivered it Sam only needed about an hour and a half to remove a fence post, remove an old decrepit shed and put the new one in place. Overholt & Sons is the best and I cant say enough good things about sSam. He was fantastic. If you need a shed, call Overholt & Sons!

My Lancaster storage shed was delivered today and I absolutely love it! We ordered it and got to pick out the paint colors, windows, doors, and inside features such as a workbench, lofts and shelving. The delivery man did an amazing job carefully moving it down our tree-lined driveway and through a fence opening and placing it ever-so-perfectly in between some trees in our backyard. I’ve wanted a storage shed for years and am so thrilled to get one that is well-built and adorable as well!

Installers were most professional and friendly. An expert service was delivered in a timely manner. Their helpful attitude made it a pleasant experience.

This company come out and moved our shed today and did an excellent job. They had to cut down a tree, helped me move some heavy items out of the shed, braced the inside of the shed to protect it from possible damage, and leveled the new site for us. We would hire these guys again in a heartbeat.

I’ve bought both a run in she’s and chicken coop from here and both are well made and affordable. Even recommended a friend when he needed a storage shed and he was quite happy with his purchase. Haven’t done the rent to own so don’t know if the one review is true but I will always send people here.

Shed exceeded expectations. The quality seems fantastic and we love the black metal roof, cupola and window boxes. Works great with my zero turn mower and many other gardening tools.
