My Lancaster storage shed was delivered today and I absolutely love it! We ordered it and got to pick out the paint colors, windows, doors, and inside features such as a workbench, lofts and shelving. The delivery man did an amazing job carefully moving it down our tree-lined driveway and through a fence opening and placing it ever-so-perfectly in between some trees in our backyard. I’ve wanted a storage shed for years and am so thrilled to get one that is well-built and adorable as well!

Marvin and the crew from Overholt & Sons came yesterday and did an absolutely wonderful, professional and excellent job of building and creating our garage/shed… We are super happy and satisfied in every way, and their competence and speed of work was something amazing to us, as we watched them from when they arrived (in the dark) at 6 am, and all day until they drove away at 5 pm… Thank you so very much for everything, that you and your construction crew and your company have done for us! Great company to deal with, and the quality of the Lancaster Shed we had built for us is gorgeous. From initial shopping, to order, to delivery was extremely professional. This company come out and moved our shed today and did an excellent job. They had to cut down a tree, helped me move some heavy items out of the shed, braced the inside of the shed to protect it from possible damage, and leveled the new site for us. We would hire these guys again in a heartbeat.

I needed a new storage shed. I looked around and like what Overholt & Sons had the best. I ordered the Lancaster with a few changes. It took three weeks then they delivered it Sam only needed about an hour and a half to remove a fence post, remove an old decrepit shed and put the new one in place.
